General Requirements: All applicants: a. Be Ghanaian by birth. b. Be a good character. c. No criminal record. d. There is no dismissal from civil service or any other job. e. Aged 18 to 28. f. The minimum height is 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm) for men and 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) for women. g. Perform physical and medical recovery according to GIS standards. h. At least five passes in SSCE/WASSCE including Mathematics and English by 1 December 2021. i. Be prepared to receive basic immigration training and other training.
Graduation General Duty Requirements:
Degree Holders: Must be under 35 years of age and have a bachelor’s degree (at least second class lower division) from a recognized university by 1 December 2021.
HND Holders: Must be at least 35 years of age and hold a HND from a recognized polytechnic or tertiary institution accredited by the Ghana Accreditation Board by 1 December 2021.
Diploma holders: Must be under 35 years of age and hold a diploma from a recognized polytechnic or tertiary institution recognized by Ghana Accreditation Board until December 1, 1999.
