The National Service Personnel Association (Naspa) says it is yet to report any strike by the group calling itself “Concerned NSS Personnel Association of Ghana”.
A statement by the National President of NASPA, Gideon Osei, said NASPA, the representative union of all Public Service employees in Ghana, had clearly stated that no strikes were reported. The statement said NASPA has been working closely with the administrators of the National Service Scheme (NSS) to address recent delays in payments. It stated that NASPA is pleased to notify all employees that:
The dues for April 2024 have been processed and paid and will be reflected in your accounts by Friday, February 5, 2024. .
Payment for May 2024 will be made by Friday next week, July 12, 2024. NASPA is committed to your best interests.
